Using procurement best practices, we procure goods, services and works for and on behalf of local and foreign individuals or organizations. To increase an organization’s effectiveness, we also carry out the pre-qualification procurement process (from the beginning to the end) which can be very time consuming and requires a large number of organizational resources which can otherwise be used to focus on core activities.

There are instances when the client knows what they would like to purchase but they are not sure on how to go about purchasing it. This is where we come in. We provide guidance on how a client can purchase various goods, services or works in the most efficient manner.

In cases whereby the client already has existing procurement policies, manuals, procedures and templates, we also review, update and revise them to ensure that they comply with procurement best practices and regulations within which the client operates.
There are instances whereby a client may not have the available resources (skilled labour) to manage various contracts. In these cases, we will provide qualified professionals to assist the client in ensuring that goods, services or works are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Based on a client’s requirements, we prepare, review and submit technical and financial proposals for and on behalf of the client. We also assist clients to identify the technical experts necessary from various fields of expertise who can be hired to work together with the client to meet various tender requirements.
